Section 5(1) in Banking Service Commission (Repeal) Act, 1978.

(1)Anything done or any action taken under the Banking Service Commission (Repeal) Ordinance, 1977 (10 of 1977), which ceased to operate, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this act.
