Section 129(1) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016
(1)The Authority may, in its discretion, compound any offence under this Act or regulations made thereunder which is prescribed as compoundable offence by collecting from a person reasonably suspected of having committed the offence a sum not exceeding Rs. 5000/-.
