85E. [ Resignation. [Inserted by Act No. 6 of 2012, dated 20.4.2012.]
- The Chairperson or a member of the Property Tax Board may resign his office by a letter signed by him and addressed to the Government and on acceptance of such resignation by the Government, his office shall fall vacant on the date on which such resignation is accepted.]
