Section 3(3) in The Regulations on the Handling of Freight Containers Containing Dangerous/ Hazardous Cargo at Paradip Port, 1986
3.2No cylinder containing gases compressed, liquified or dissolved under pressure shall be permitted to be brought inside the Ports unless such cylinders are permitted for import/export by the Chief Controller or Explosives.
