Section 177(c) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(c)every chute-(i)is constructed of sound material, adequate strength and is suitable for the purpose it is intended for use;(ii)exceeding twelve metres in height is constructed in accordance with the design and drawings of a professional engineer for such construction and approval of the Chief Inspector.
