Section 42(1) in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
(1)In case of any contravention of the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 39, or any other provision of this Act, or rules or regulations, or bye-laws made there-under, the Board may, by a resolution, passed by two third majority of the Directors, remove any office bearer.
