76. Proceedings before a Labour Court etc., to be judicial proceeding.
- Every proceeding before a Labour Court, the Industrial Court and a Board shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of Sections 192, 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860).
