302. Prohibition against nuisances in private market.
- No owner, occupier, agent or manager in charge of any private market, or of any shop, stall, shed or other place, therein shall keep the same in such a condition as to be nuisance or fall to cause anything that is a nuisance to be at once removed to a place to a place to be notified by the [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.].
