Section 13(1) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Special Selection and Special Conditions of Service for Appointment of Persons in the State Special Branch) Rules, 2013
(1)Appointment to the post(s) as specified in column Number 2 of Section B and Section C of Schedule-I shall be made by the Director General of Police or an officer authorized by him on his behalf from amongst the persons included in the list prepared under sub-rule (2) of Rule 12 in the order in which their names appear:Provided, that the decision of the Director General of Police shall be final in respect of candidates who are selected despite theft note of dissent recorded by the controlling officer at the time of forwarding the application of a candidate.
