- An affidavit by the clerk of the Official Liquidator, or by any person who sent the notices, that such notices have been duly sent, shall be sufficient evidence of the notices having been sent to the persons to whom the same were addressed. In the case of Court meetings, the affidavit shall be filed in Court and in the case of Liquidator's meetings, the affidavit shall be filed with the Official Liquidator.
