Section 48(ii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(ii)Any request for documents or other information should be specific, relevant to the matter in controversy and afford the party to whom the request is made within a reasonable period of time to respond without interfering with the time set for the hearing.
