Section 7(1)(c) in The M.P. Treatment of Criminal Lunatics Confined in Prisons Rules, 2000

(c)On receipt of such a request of transfer the Superintendent of the concerned Jail shall make arrangements, as laid down in these rules for the transport, food and escort for the said prisoner to reach him to the Mental Health Rehabilitation Centre as soon as possible and in any case later than a fortnight from the receipt of such request.
