Section 106(1) in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(1)Any Councillor [* * *] [Words omitted by W.B. Act 36 of 1994.] may give notice of raising discussion on a matter of urgent public importance to the Municipal Secretary specifying clearly the matter to be raised.
