Section 30(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Universities Act, 2004
(1)Any authority of the University specified in clauses (2), (3) and (4) or declared under clause (5) of section 17 may make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes, providing for all matters which by this Act and the Statutes are to be provided for by Regulations and for all other matters solely concerning such authority.
