Section 24 in The Displaced Persons (Debts Adjustment) Act, 1951
24. Presumption respecting registered documents.
It shall be presumed until the contrary is proved that any document registered under the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908) or any certified copy thereof and produced before the Tribunal has been proved.
