Section 5(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Service) Regulations, 2005
(1)Appointment to a vacant post in the Commission may be made by either of the following methods: -(i)Direct Recruitment(ii)Promotion(iii)Deputation from Central Government/State Government or Central/State Government undertakings, Companies, Corporation or Boards and Co-operative Federation.
