49. Functions of the Standing Committee.
- The Standing Committee shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as are specifically conferred or imposed upon it by or under this Act.The Wards Committees [Substituted by Act 67 of 1993, section 42, for the heading "The Delhi Electric Supply Committee and tthe Delhi Water Supply and Sewage Disposal Committee" (w.e.f. 1-10-1993)]
