Section 16(2)(b) in The Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981

(b)examine any person whom be finds in any such premises or place and who, he has reasonable cause to believe, is a Security Guard employed therein or a Security Guard to whom work is given out therein;
