Section 21(1) in Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, 2018
(1)Every Insurance Broker granted Certificate of Registration shall be governed by "Indian owned and controlled" requirements as specified in Act, Rules and guidelines.
