Section 37(1) in Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Orissa Rules, 2002
(1)Any individual or a suitable place or institution, the occupier or manager of which is willing temporarily to receive a juvenile/child in need of care, protection or treatment for so long a period as may be necessary, may be recognized by the Competent Authority as fit person or fit institution.
