Section 9(1) in The West Bengal Special Economic Zone Act, 2003.
(1)The State Government may, by notification, constitute a Special Economic Zone Development Authority for every Special Economic Zone, as it may deem fit and proper, to exercise the powers conferred on, and the functions assigned to it under this Act and the rules framed thereunder.
