The licensee within one week of their being made, but not later, may call in question, by an objection in writing presented to the inspector, any entries in those of the inspectors' registers which are open to his inspection. Any dispute regarding such entries which cannot be settled by discussion between the inspector and the licensee shall be referred to the Collector.
