In these applications filed by the applicants, they have pointed out clerical error which is crept in our judgment dated 27.10.2015. The matters of the applicants pertain to Target Plus Scheme and those matters have been decided in favour of the assesses. Accordingly, para 135 of the judgment dated 27.10.2015 is corrected by mentioning that W.P.(C) No. 343 of 2009 as well as T.C(C) No.3 of 2008 and T.C.(C) No.49 of 2009 also stand allowed.
Interlocutory Applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
