7. Power of Veterinary Surgeon to hold postmortem.
- Subject to such rules as may be prescribed, the Veterinary surgeon may make or cause to be made a postmortem examination of any animal which at the time of its death was infective or is suspected to have been then infective, and for this purpose he may cause the carcass of any such animal to be exhumed.
