Section 12(2)(i) in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Open Access) Regulation, 2005

(i)In case a short-term customer is unable to utilise full or substantial part of the reserved capacity reserved, he shall inform the SLDC alongwith reasons for his inability to utilise the reserved capacity and may surrender the reserved capacity;
