11B. Filling of vacancy in the office of an elected Director. - (1) Where any vacancy occurs before the expiry of the term of office of an elected Director, the vacancy shall be filled in the election:
Provided that where the duration of vacancy is likely to be less than six months, the vacancy may be filled in by the remaining Directors.(2)A person elected or co-opted, as the case may be, under sub-clause (1) shall hold office for the un-expired portion of the term of his predecessors.]
