In furtherance of our order dated 29.09.2016, followed by the subsequent order dated 19.04.2022, procedure under Section 95-A of the Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Act, 1976 is to be initiated for compliance. We are informed that an application under Section 95-A has been made to the Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority (MHADA) on 30.11.2023. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the MHADA submits that action will certainly be taken under Section 95-A as per the prescribed procedure. We further direct that such action be taken expeditiously.
