Section 2(c) in The Board and Court of Examiners of Homoeopathic and Biochemic Systems of Medicine (Election) Rules, 1961

(c)"Electoral roll" means -

(i)in relation to an election to the Board, the list printed and published by the Registrar under sub-section (2) of section 4; and

(ii)in relation to an election to the Court, the electoral roll prepared under rule 14;
