1. This is an Application filed on behalf of the Applicant/Anil Batra seeking transfer of proceedings to the National Company Law Tribunal [NCLT].
2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court, in a judgment dated 12.09.2025 passed in connected matters being Co.Pet. 885/2015 captioned COL. P.K. Uberoi (Retd.) & Anr. v. Vigneshwara This is a digitally signed order.

Ltd. & Ors. and Co.Pet. 442/2015 captioned Suresh Devi v. Vigneshwara Developwell Pvt. Ltd. & Ors., has already transferred similarly pending matters to the NCLT after hearing all the parties. Learned Counsel submits the parties in the present Company Petition is also identically placed and thus the present proceedings be transferred to the NCLT as well.
3. Issue Notice. On steps being taken, let Notice be issued to the non- Applicants via all modes, dasti in addition. An affidavit of service be filed before the next date of hearing.
4. Learned Counsel for the Allottees - Investors Sanghars Samiti and Vigneshwara Victims Welfare Association submits accepts Notice and submits that he has no objection if the prayers in the present Application are allowed.
5. Learned Counsel for the Ex-Director/Mr. Sunil Dahiya submits that she has not received the copy of the present Application. Let a copy of the Application be supplied to the counsel for the Ex-Director during the course of day.
6. Reply(ies), if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.
7. List on the date already fixed i.e., 24.09.2025.
