13. Health Service. - (i) Number of patients treated for minor ailments by the rural dispensary and the expenditure per patient, expenditure on doctors, non-medical staff and medicines;
(ii)is there any maternity ward, or inpatient facility available and, if so, the number treated as inpatients and deliveries in the maternity ward; and(iii)accommodation, equipment, etc., details may be given.
