Section 21(9) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(9)Voting at a general meeting shall be done by show of hands and only in an exceptional case voting by ballot may be resorted to, if the Registrar so directs, on his own motion, or on the application filed by the society concerned.
