Section 38(9)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003

(a)shall be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the child welfare programme. It shall function according to the polices and guidelines of the Government and the State Advisory Board.
