Section 2(vi) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Delegation of Financial Powers) Regulations, 2011
(vi)Secretary shall mean Secretary of Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission or any other officer of the Commission authorized by the Chairman to discharge the responsibility of the Secretary in his/her absence.
