(2)Sanskrit Vidyalaya or Tol. - A Sanskrit Vidyalaya or Tol means a recognised Sanskrit institution which prepares candidates for the Prathama, Madhyama, Shastri, Acharya title or any other degree examination. It imparts instruction in Sanskrit subjects according to the old syllabus prescribed by the Board of Sanskrit Education with less than five teachers on its staff and is recognised by the Board of Sanskrit Education.
