(c)The General Manager shall collect the details of owners of three non descriptive milch animals, three cross-bred cows and three buffaloes of milk pouring members both in respective of quality and quantity, and send them in Form No. II with certificate to the correctness of the data to the Committee. He shall maintain necessary details in his office;
