Section 9(1) in West Bengal Unorganised Sector Workers Welfare Act, 2007
(1)The Board may introduce-(a)any Health Insurance Scheme and Accident Insurance Scheme for the beneficiaries;(b)any scheme for providing pension to the beneficiaries who have completed the age of sixty years and to the members of the family in case the beneficiary dies;(c)any scheme for house building loans and advance to the beneficiaries;(d)any scheme to provide financial assistance for education of the children of the beneficiaries;(e)any scheme to provide maternity benefit to the female beneficiaries;(f)any scheme to provide such other welfare measures and facilities as may be decided by the Board with the approval of the State Government.
