Section 84 in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958
84. Verification of cash balance in the morning of 1st April.
- When the Collector inspects his treasury for the second time on the 31st of March, the Collector is authorised to verify the cash balance of the treasury either on date, or in the morning of the 1st of April.
