1. None present for the applicant and Mr. S.D. Vasavda learned counsel for the respondents present through digital mode.
2. In the instant C.P, on receipt of the notice alleged contemnor have file the compliance report/written reply of which Para 7 states that since the department understood the mistake, it has rectified the same by keeping the Transfer Order in abeyance. None of the applicant is relieved or asked to leave or prevented from working at Model Hospital, :: 5 :: C.P.17/2023 in O.A.404/2018 Bapunagar. In view of the above, learned counsel submits that no cause exists to maintain the present C.P.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available on record.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, C.P.17/2023 in O.A.404/2018 stands dropped. Further, it is open for the applicant to revive the C.P. if any grievance exists.
