Section 1 in Uttaranchal Higher Judicial Service Rules, 2004
1. Short title and Commencement.
- (i) These Rules may be called the Uttaranchal Higher Judicial Service Rules, 2004(ii)These Rules shall come into force with effect from the date of Publication in the official Gazette of Uttaranchal State.
