Section 20(1) in Hyderabad Metropolitain Water Supply Sewerage Act, 1989
(1)Without the permission of the Board, the Public Health Engineer in charge of water supply or any other officer authorized by the Board in this behalf, no building, wall or other structure shall be newly erected and no street shall be laid over any water main belonging to the Board.
