11. District Plan Ceiling. -
(1)The State Government shall enquire into and estimate the financial resources for financing the District Plan and shall decide the district plan outlay ceiling accordingly.(2)The District Plan outlay ceiling fixed under sub- Section ion (1) may be revised or altered at any time during the financial year by the State Government.
