Section 16(1) in Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act 1961
(1)Every order of a Survey Officer or Collector or the subordinates of each officers imposing charges under sub-section (1) of section 15 shall be recorded in writing and a copy of the order shall be supplied to the parties in their application and on payment of such cost as may be prescribed.
