Order 08/07/2019 By way of these writ petitions, the petitioners have questioned the action of the Rajsthan State Road Transport Corporation in terminating their contract to operate the vehicles in Public Private Partnership ('PPP') Mode.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the controversy involved in the present writ petitions stand covered by a Bench decision of this Court dated 27.11.18 rendered in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.37/18 (M/s Gurjeet Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other connected appeals. Learned counsel submits that in the light of decision of this Court in M/s Gurjeet Singh's case (supra), these petitions deserve to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed in light of a Bench decision of this Court in M/s Gurjeet Singh's case (supra).
