Section 4 in The University of Rajasthan (Amendment) Act, 1950
4. Amendment of statutes.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 28 of the said Acts, sub-section (8) of statute 5, sub-statute (2) of statute 8 and sub-statute (2) of statute 11 of the statutes of the University of Rajputana set out in the schedule to the said Acts shall be omitted.
