Section 25(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
(1)No person shall be bound to employ a broker or a commission agent in any transaction or be required to pay for a broker employed by any other party to the transaction or to pay for broker when notice has been employed.
