1. The learned counsel for the parties submits that these are two set of cases which pertains to separate RCs. Accordingly, a prayer is made that the matters may be segregated on the basis of RCs and be taken up for consideration in batches.
2. Accordingly, following petitions arising out of RC No.AC2-2010-A- 0003/ACU-II, SPE/CBI/ND which pertains to Index Medical College, Indore will be taken up first for hearing on the next date:
(i) CRL.M.C. 4442/2015, (ii) CRL.M.C. 5003/2015, (iii) CRL.M.C. 5005/2015, (iv) CRL.M.C. 5007/2015, (v) CRL.REV.P. 38/2016, (vi) CRL.REV.P. 38/2017;
3. However, the following petitions arising out of RC No.006/2010/A0014-SPE/ACB/ Lucknow which pertains to Rohil Khand Medical College, Bareilly will be heard after conclusion of hearing of above batch of petitions:
(i) CRL.M.C. 4443/2015, (ii) CRL.M.C. 4480/2015, (iii) CRL.REV.P. 25/2016, (iv) CRL.M.C. 688/2017 and; (v) CRL.M.C.878/2021;
