Section 20(1) in The Rajasthan Minimum Wages Rules, 1959
(1)The retail prices at the nearest market shall be taken into account in computing the cash value of wages paid in kind and of essential commodities supplied at concession rates. This computation shall be in accordance with such directions, as may be issued by the State Government from time to time.
