Section 9(1) in Rajasthan Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2016
(1)Annual returns of the Town Vending Committee shall be prepared every year within three months after the closing of financial year and after approval of chairperson, the same shall be uploaded on the designated website and copy thereof shall be sent to the State Government through the Commissioner/ Executive Officer of the local authority.
