स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्री तथा संसदीय कार्य मंत्री (श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज) : अध्यक्ष जी, मैं प्रस्ताव करती हूँ कि ७ अगस्त, २००३ को संपन्न हुई कार्य मंत्रणा समति की बैठक में लिये गए निर्णय के अनुसार आज प्रश्नकाल स्थगित करके संविधान के ९४वें और ९९वें संशोधन पर चर्चा कराई जाए। I beg to move:
"That this House do suspend Rule 32 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha in so far as it provides for the first hour of the sitting being made available for the asking and answering of questions, in order to take up the consideration and passing of the Constitution (94th Amendment) Bill, 2002 and Constitution (99th Amendment) Bill, 2003."

श्री रामजीलाल सुमन : अध्यक्ष महोदय, यह बहुत संगीन मामला है। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्य मंत्री के माता-पिता एवं उनके अन्य संबंधियों पर आयकर के छापे मारे गए जिनमें उनके माता-पिता और संबंधियों के घरों से तीन बोरी सरकारी फाइलें जब्त की गई हैं। मैं सदन से प्रार्थना करना चाहता हूं कि यह बहुत गंभीर मामला है। उनके यहां से करोड़ों रुपयों की संपत्ति मिली है।…( व्यवधान) MR.
