Section 10(i) in The Orissa Timber and Other Forest Produce Transit Rules, 1980
(i)He shall maintain a register in Form V showing correct account of the [bamboo, timber and firewood] [Substituted by SRO No. 224/83 OGE No. 573 dated 17.5.1983.] brought to (with reference to the transit permit or the coupe permits concerned) and removed from the depot, and such register of accounts shall be open to inspection at any time by the Divisional Forest Officer or any Forest Officer duly authorised in this behalf by the Divisional Forest Officer.
